Totally awesome tutorial!! I tried this out over a parked trailer license plate using blur which worked out fairly good. Only problem I encountered was at the end of the shot while panning past and off the plate. Once the plate was out of the shot, the blur continued a few frames. I there a way to adjust that from happening? Thanks again. 👍😊

Great stuff. Using it is easy - would love to see some tips on getting it bang on and smooth , along with compensating size scale for the overlay. Mine seems to be doing some weird movements for the following title scenario , when you move out to the side or above .

Thanks for the content! With these new features does this mean we no longer need Motion app?

Thanks for the video. I have not yet been given the option to update to FCP v 10.6 nor the Motion/Compressor updates. I assume there has been a roll out in UK? Is there a way I can force an update option Ta

Many thanks for this great video! I have a problem with the cinematic clips recorded with the iPhone 13 Pro Max. After importing them into Final Cut 10.6 the cinematic option does not appear in the inspector. I imported the clips in many ways – directly in FCP from the iPhone, via Photos App, eg., but the cinematic-option doesn't show up. These are definitely cinematic movies, as I can edit the depth of field on the iPhone. What am I doing wrong?

Edit: Oh, you need Monterey ... 😀

I saw the object tracking during the keynote and thought, “when did FCP have object tracking?” Guess I missed the update when I was cheering for the return of real ports on the new models.

Yes, let’s have more demos of the tracking. First of all, where is the tracker found?
