How to Install Lightroom Presets in Adobe Camera RAW (ACR)

Hi, the lightroom presets I have don't come with an xmp is there still a way I can get them into Adobe Camera Raw?

at :57, My camera raw is not showing those buttons and the top of the left panel where you click the preset button. I have no buttons showing
