Do you figure this will survive the Assembly which is due to expire in three months?

I haven't been following the Assembly televisings, but outside of the assembly the Liberals have been oddly quiet on this issue. Maybe they'll let it go without resistance.

The cynic in me, however, feels like the NDP or Liberals will filibuster just so they can try to take credit for it in the next Assembly, whether as the legislators or as the executors...
