How to install, uninstall and upgrade CUDA, #CUDA 11.7 (Ubuntu)

I have macOS Sonoma running with a 4600G, I can access 16 GB VRAM in BIOS, I have some videos on my channel. I use Stable Diffusion webui and Diffusion Bee, a 512x512 txt2imge in 50 steps takes 2 minutes.

Yeah, I just did a new Ubuntu install and new cuda installkit just installed 11.8

Huh? I have been using 11.8 forever and was on 12.1 but all the AI stuff we use is stuck back in ancient times.
