As i talk to apple customer care they said account is permanetly disabled and not able to enable again so now is their any option to reset it back

I can even reset my password cause when i press reset password it says this apple id is not active

I just went to account settings,
Then purchase history,
tapped on an app that I purchased in the past,
tapped on (REPORT A PROBLEM),
was signed in to customer support,

I then answered 1 multiple choice question: What was I doing when I received disabled message?
And right after that, a message popped up that my account was reactivated and I’m back in or on or lit whatever you kids say nowadays.

Just create another Apple ID so you can download any app

I contacted apple support and they told me to make new account, unfortunately the new account isn’t linked to my gmail so I had to make a random and for verification I have to use my old account cuz thats linked to my gmail and i cant use it cuz that is locked into itunes 😐
