Y'all making r34 jokes are so unfunny 💀
ОтветитьOw2 R34 animators: Now this, is epic
ОтветитьWhy are they acting as if they have to make new characters when they have a template mode? This doesn’t justify the cost. All they’re doing is digital shadowing. They aren’t starting from scratch in coding. It’s already done. They are just showing you how they incorporate a skin into the template before a release. All the original skins were various versions with different color schemes. The skins are then overlayed. If they are acting like they have to start from scratch then clearly their game dev/designers are prolonging work inefficiently. This is nonsense. They have new skins as soon as they approve the concept for it. That’s the hardest part now because it’s all downhill from the start of the project. Seriously this is just them talking about perspective and shadowing overlayed onto a character model. Thus wouldn’t take days, if would take minutes to an hour. When you play the game, it’s x amount of frames and resolution that are overlooked. Just like the animated shorts are more in depth and in detail compared to actual game play footage. They need to stop acting like the focus is on the game when in reality it’s in the marketing. Ppl need to stop buying skins for 20 bones so they’d lower the price. If everyone did it, bet it would drop to 2 or 3 dollars at most. And even that is a crime. But ppl won’t learn. They’d rather pay for a brand new games cost over how fast they can pump out skins. Again blizzard will only hike up prices because they test the limits of the consumer base. Problem is they lack awareness and are blissfully ignorant because they think they aren’t being robbed. If you bought 3 skins that took them at most 2 or 3 business days to create start to finish (with one or two ppl) studios, will start sellling games at higher cost to say production value required is exponential based on the worth they are charging. The artist themselves are not getting raises tgey getting same steady check while soujourns agua skin racked in 2 million since it’s release. That’s not even a full quarter. Inflation applies to actual resources makes sense. This is sheer stupidity folks for simply porting and overlaying art onto models that apply the shadowing and directions.
Ответитьthey forgot the part where they consume substances in the making
ОтветитьCode for. Our turnover is really high and training takes too long here's how we do it so you can learn most of it by yourself.
Ответитьnsfw arts right now going ape shit
ОтветитьShe is the most unpopular character
Ответитьi really wanna do concept art for this XD
ОтветитьThat’ll be $20 please and thank you…yes you get the one. What do you mean “other skins” you paid for this one not the other ones. What can you do with them I hear you ask? Equip them to these characters. What? No, not in other games you can’t leave with those so keep our $20 sinks in here thanks.
ОтветитьI’d love more map interactions.
ОтветитьThis is just awesome in every which way
ОтветитьFor me, it's a beautiful well crafter game. I always stop looking at shadows. I can tell something change in Blizzard, because the new maps, don't look as much polish as before. Hanamura is beautiful, all lighs looks amazing, shaders, everything resonates. But new maps, are different, they can be improve but maybe bugdet it's tight. LOVE YOUR WORK Dev team.
Ответитьi didnt get the point of floaters untill you mentioned baking them and it blew my mind. im shocked that that isnt what everyone does. that's is definitely going to be part of my modeling going forward
ОтветитьComment section trying to be filled with comments about the video and not a different topic completely challenge (impossible, undo-able)
Anyway. I cannot even imagine myself being able to do that kind of stuff as it's way above me, but it's always interesting to see these! Props to devs who do the game stuff and not business stuff
Also - so they're just scalping a character and then basically "painting" the clothes, materials etc onto that? So that would explain why every character is full of ass.
Ah yes cyberpunk hog, his ugliest skin
ОтветитьAwesome video! Very informative!
ОтветитьI would pay for a blender lessons from them, How to make your own art with official Overwatch models!
ОтветитьO_O That software looks no different from Blender!
ОтветитьMouse sculpting!
ОтветитьMan ow 3d 'fanart' animators are going to make such good use of the tips given in this video
ОтветитьSo what determines the cost of the skin?
ОтветитьThis is so cool
ОтветитьCool, [insert sarcastic and passive-aggressive comment here]
ОтветитьCool, make better high light intros, all the new ones are boring as shit now
Ответитьthe illari breakdown video with the sculpting and creating process is super cool, even without sound
ОтветитьCool, why all the recent Highlight intros are complete ASS though?
Ответить
