I try to mkdir on different path but why I'm getting command not found when run the initdb?

[fphpostgres@sv85234 ~]$ sudo chown postgres /var/lib/pgsql/11/data
[fphpostgres@sv85234 ~]$ sudo -i -u postgres
[postgres@sv85234 ~]$ initdb -D '/var/lib/pgsql/11/data'
-bash: initdb: command not found
[postgres@sv85234 ~]$

This resolved my problem.
