New to the channel. Although a pacifist by nature I've appreciated athletic prowess. Ground and pound isn't my thing but prize fighting has always exhilarated me. A random recommendation to your channel lead me to it and its been a soothing experience, putting me in the zone, relaxed while simultaneously stimulated. This upload in particular has gifted me with clarity regarding titles in boxing and the history lesson has been a bonus. As an Aussie, the reference to qualification for the World Cup resonated. Lol I swear I tried really hard to follow this but by the time the whole "super champ" thing came around and every other word out of your mouth was an acronym I had to accept the fact that this is something I will never understand. This really has to change. They should have a belt for each country or region (if the country doesn't have enough competitors) and then one world championship belt. Everything else is nonsense.

What about WBC silver, Muhammad waseem from Pakistan won the belt and was offer a world title shot but didn't had the funding for his training, took him 2 years to get a world title shot for IBF flyweight title that was his first fight after 2 years, he fought the South african and loss from desion? He 4 more fights and won the WBC silver flyweight against the Colombian, after he was offered the IBF World flyweight shot again, he lost too desion again. From my view WBC sliver is not that bad but could get pushed more.

Boxing has too many titles, it makes it much less interesting.

WBC might be worst to hardcore fans, but also the best organization for causal fans. Unless you are from the top 5-6 boxing capitals of the world, you got a snowball's chance in hell in the WBC. IBF is the best for hardcore fans that follow the sport but causal fans might not tune in as much as they would to a WBC or WBA championship fight.

What about the other "World" title belts? Like the IBO, IBC,WBU, and not sure if this one is still even in business but the IBA? Are the all just pretty wannabes? I clearly remember in the early 2000s the IBA belts being all over HBO boxing. I recall James Toney holding their World Title.
