How to Load Multiple CSV Files with Different Columns to Azure SQL Table by Using Data Flow in ADF

How can I exclude columns to import? Let me know the video link if you have one or teach me or show me how to do this please, thanks

Can we load multiple files and multiple tables? I have tried but failed when we do parameterized getting below error
The template function 'dataset' is not defined or not valid
