How to Auto-Sync Audio and Video Out-of-Sync in Filmora 11

Doesn't explain how to synch audio when the "Auto" facility does NOT match it up right.

There is another problem with syncing video with audio from different recorders, which is important, and I can't find easy solution in any tutorial. External recorder usually runs with slightly different speed. The difference is very small, but become significant on longer takes. How to match the speed automatically?

if the video audio is off how do you sync it to the speakers mouth movements. I have a video where the audio is about 5 seconds faster than the video????
