Think of what is real and what is not.
Ideals are not real all they are, are isdeals by which you've been seduced.
The real world is vicious, unfiltered.
Ideals exist to distract you

My dopamine need has diminished so now it takes more to be overstimulated.
I am not a slave to dopamine and my life is not dictated by it.
My little life is very boring yet fulfilling.
