How many returns is too many before your Amazon account is banned?

We need to do something about this unhealthy process "mysterious algorithm" of banning people's accounts when the "abuse return" policy is not clearly printed anywhere for us to see. We are abiding in the law "free return 30 days". Where is the written law on "abuse return" policy? Amazon, you can't put the blame on the customers if your business model has a loophole and being exploited by others. You cannot put it on the customers. You are supposed to fix that loophole, but instead you instill fear in the customers as a way to cover it up.

in my case , It took only the efforts of an outstanding expert _CYBER.KOR1 (Solution and support services) to get it unbanned permanently.

why dont they have limits or ban when it comes to accepting 3rd part seller returns, as a seller u get returned thrash all the time but Amazon doesnt have problem with that do they ?

Amazon is also stupid for one thing, they don't price match with their OWN pricing after a price is dropped and forces customers to return items and reorder. That's stupid on their end.

My account was banned by low life amazon because i use my cc from another country and sent them my id and account statements but they never unlock that account, i swear to them f pigs take me to court if u think i am doing a criminal activity, amazon and that c baldy is f destructive to society and will make everyone suffer mark my words

Amazon itself is destructive to society , they destroyed small business and make their own rules and one monopoly or duopoly is created they charge whatever

Amazon's problems run deeper than that because they have fraudulent sellers that claim after the buyer returns an item that it was only partially received. For this reason we will never use Amazon again.

My amazon account has disappear suddenly how do I have my account back

I bought a heating fan from Amazon and I received it today, and bad news. The heating fan doesn't work. I want to send it back but I was afraid to because I sent back a few items in the past 2 months. So I can't send it back. I had no choice but to throw it away.

I wish they would retaliate against me after all I've purchased. Amazon's return policy is 100% flawed and I have several recorded calls with them admitting this. Their policy, per LAW, must be made conspicuously PRIOR to the purchase. Nope, they have the return policy about the purchase AFTER the item is purchased! How asinine is that??? I'm NOT boxing or printing a single label.

My client was selling a Womens Handbag worth $150 on Amazon & customers would use the bag for 2-3 Weeks and returning the used handbag for a FULL PRICE refund. My customer ended up going 30k into debt. Amazon has a policy that they can return a handbag up to 30 days. It’s basically RENT-A-BAG.

The most successful business of all time and they worried about the customers getting over. So what. Jeff Bezos still a billionaire

Look, I returned an item because I bought COMPRESSION SOCKS, instead got A BAG of CANDLE WICKS. I called and returned it ff day, but a month LATER, NO REFUND!My RETURN EXPERIENCE W/ AMAZON was a 0/10. 😳

Working in the returns. People regularly scam. Wearing and returning sometimes whole vacationing apparel, weddings, tuxedos bridesmaides dresses smell of different colones, smoke and perfume. Commenting didnt feel right or style wasn't as expected. But they wore it anyway...yep.

So how do they get to the conclusion “ I think these people are abusing”

I will tell you this on amazon's returns it's terrible and it's getting worse all the time they have a limit on returns ok well maybe we should all boycott amazon's awful return policy they have because you can't get your refund either on time or at all. I can't tell you how many formal complaints I have had with them regarding their awful refund policy too many. They still refuse to to address the awful refund policy they have. People boycott Amazon ASAP over their refund policy.

I got really bad luck third party sellers never send the stuff or It would get stolen md this happened to me even though I have my business with them and spent thousands of dollars with them

God. So Amazon is backpedaling after touting itself as the “impossible” company. If Amazon starts the stupidness of charging for returns and all of that, I’m out. They already started this “return window” nonsense.

I wondered about this. Glad it was addressed. What people should realize is the items don't go back to Amazon for them to resell. They end up with 3rd party sellers who buy bulk returns and resell. At the same time, 3rd party reviews do receive items from Amazon and are paid by Amazon and you see these videos in product descriptions noting that they are paid for their services. But since Amazon is paying them they expect for the items to be returned, but I thought in most cases they were allowed to keep them because they are adding to the sales effort. Not really the topic of this video and I could be wrong about this too if someone wants to correct me. Now the last issue addressed is the 3rd party drop shipping and I try not to buy from those because the shipping is much longer. You want to if possible have a Prime account, and choose those items because they almost all are shipped from Amazon warehouses or fulfillment centers in your city.

Also though shipping is sooo expensive its better to do bigger orders and return what you dont need. Buying one thing at a time is a waste if time and costs more.

How about the trash items Amazon is selling on their website we trusted before?
