Introducing Notion Calendar

The fact that I can’t check a task as done inside this new app makes me sad. I mean you can add a checkbox in the calendar view inside the Notion app, but not on the new Notion calendar app.

Thanks 😊 Great video. As well as using it on my Mac. I have downloaded the app on my iPhone and iPad. However, the iPad version just looks like a big copy of the phone version (doesn’t work in landscape mode). Am I doing something wrong?

The big question for me is whether Notion will leverage this opportunity to create a proper weekly planner app within Notion Calendar that integrates with your Notion tasks
Any thought on this @keepproductive?

At first I was thrilled that there is finally a real calendar in Notion for Mac. Unfortunately not in Notion but separately. But still. But when I loaded it, the big disappointment: No synchronization with Apple Calender! This makes Notion Calender practically worthless for me.

Hahaha. After all the hype, the Instagram drip feed campaign, etc and in the end it’s just Crom rebranded that still only supports gmail. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Why not just let notion calendar sit within notion in a dedicated tab. Why 2 app 2 platform it’s just weird. When they merge it, it might become the best pkm with calendar and task planner all in one

Just downloaded it for the iPad and it's a big NO from me... the app's obviously optimised for the iPhone! 😞 I'll think again if they bring out an optimised iPad version.

Looks exactly like reclaim or motion but without the "ai" functionality and only connects w/ GCal. Meh.

I have been using Cron for some time now, and the only difference I see besides the change in name and icon, is that you can now sync notion database calendar views into the calendar which is quite useful. So I would say a positive update.
