ОтветитьI just would like to comment on the use of Kh & Kz...Kz is used in determining the qz (velocity pressure) which is variable with height(z). Whereas Kh is used in determining qh (constant velocity pressure) calculated using mean height. Normally, the windward pressure varies with height while the leeward is constant.
