Ответитьomg, had the same samsung fridge and had the identical issues, got it fixed twice, said i would never buy a samsung again, now i bought the bespoke with the screen, now im afraid that my screen will go out, but hey, i got mines for $1700 scratch and dent, flawless honestly,
ОтветитьI own this exact fridge and have had it 6+ months so far no issues. BUT DO NOT BUY FROM SAMSUNG DIRECTLY. 3/4 of our items arrived damaged. And then again 2/3 arrived damage and to get one more replacement was the BIGGEST HASSLE and they promised extras with each delivery like installation or additional money back and then never made good on those and every time we tried to rectify it we were directed in circles. Their customer service/warranty line is garbage. Would buy the fridge again but from somewhere like Lowe’s/Home Depot where delivery, returns, and warranty are treated much differently.

ОтветитьBought the same exact same refrigerator 5 months ago, the compressor and dryer have already gone out. Still under warranty but Samsung is the worst company I’ve dealt with on warranty issues. They sent a repair person, repair man ordered the parts, then told Samsung it was repaired. Samsung canceled the ticket. Repair man said parts would be in the next week. Then called that week and said parts were back ordered. We contacted Samsung and after multiple new canceled new tickets due to a duplication issue on their side, finally got a ticket to state refrigerator was still completely broken. They said they have to wait 10 days before they can proceed with a replacement. We’ve been without a refrigerator for over 2 weeks. Don’t buy this product.

ОтветитьAnyone else think that a fridge over 2k dollars that the customers need to 3D print a piece on their own to make the one feature that is the biggest selling point work properly not a very good product by a company? This should of been taken care of during the research and development phase instead of having to use actual purchased products as prototypes for future improvements. Sad.

ОтветитьJust bought one in Black Stainless. It's the only counter depth they had in stock and I needed it NOW! But you got me nervous about reliability, so I'll add the extended warranty. VERY helpful review. Nice job!

ОтветитьI have had the 3 door in white for a couple of months. I’m in love and glad we went with a higher end compared to our previous ones. There’s more space, it’s stunning and sleek, it makes two sizes of ice, there’s the auto fill water pitcher and water dispenser. We live in Texas and attaching a water filtration filter is a must. This has really cut down our water bottle consumption. We ordered it from Costco and ended up saving big time during the Memorial Day sale. $1950, an extra set of glass panels, plus free delivery, set up and haul-away.

A definite NOPE! At least it does not stick half way into the kitchen like so many "Home Depot" refrigerators. How much have you spent on refrigerators over the past years? That and a few more dollars would have p purchased a Sub Zero. Naturally, people feel the need to move house every two or three years and might not be worth it. Around here, Sub Zero is expected in homes. Samsung products are banned in this house.

ОтветитьThank you so much. Have been looking at fridges for 6 months, had Samsung prior and the ice maker was the issue. Samsung has a bad rep, hopefully, like you said, they have it figured out. Every appliance store has tried to talk me out of this one, but BeSpoke has all the features I want and nothing else comes close in standard depth. Thank you very much for the in-depth review!!!

ОтветитьI bought a 27cuft bespoke. Three mos. later, the control board stopped working. Samsung could not supply the part and offered to buy it back at a $500 loss. I'll buy a GE next. Good luck with your Bespoke...lol😊

ОтветитьGreat video. I ordered this exact fridge (stainless steel) yesterday from Costco. They uad it in sale for $2300. I also bought the Allstate warranty.
I avoided Samsung refrigerators for many years because of the problems they have had. But I decided to try this fridge after dojng quite a bit of research and learned this model is well designed. The fridge will be delivered in less than a week and I am hoping for the best.
This video is encouraging.
