I am officially 38 weeks and have had a feeling for a little bit that I’m going into labor soon! Along with symptoms and this is my firstborn so I’m nervous.

39+1 here. I'm getting induced tomorrow and I had a foley balloon inserted today. Now I'm trying to figure out if im just having normal cramps from that or if I am starting actual labour on my own like they said was possible!

37 and 2 days right now boy #3 I have “cramps” all through the day coupled with Braxton hicks starting to get these “cramps” on the top of my uterus very strang and it wraps around to my very lower back. Last about 30 second I breathe and they go away but definitely feeling more intense as the days go by. 😊 so I’m praying there is some silting going on as I will be getting my membranes sweep at 38 and 4 or 39 weeks. Hopefully to have this baby no later than 40.

Started watching and thought ah she seems nice. Then I was referred to as a ‘birthing person’ now I’m switching this shit off.

My nesting phase passed weeks ago lol.

Should I go to the hospital if i experience a lot intense contractions and a lot of random water leakage with it and a looooot of pain in my pelvic area as well as nausea??? And vomiting

38 weeks and 1 days today! Im nauseated. Crampy. Lost my mucas plug yesterday. I have doctors appt today. Ill ask her. Hopefully this is it. The start anyways. We shall see. These cramps have been bothering me all night. Im in paiiiiin. Im like man. If this is the start ouch.... its gonna get so much worse. I got shaky yesterday too. No back pain though or thight cramps. Back again.
Back for an update. I want from no cervical change last week to 2 cm dilated. Doc said she would not be surprised if I went into labor this week but not to get to excited because pregnancy is unpredictable. Im just happy there is cervical change:D so excited. Im still cramping. So now I am just going to enjoy my time at home with my family feeling good knowing things are happenin

Every pregnancy and labor is completely different, with my first I was so unsure about when to go to the hospital. But i followed the list my doctor gave me, and I listened to my intuition also.. so basically for me my water didn’t break with my first but it trickled throughout the day so my amniotic fluid was extremely low and dangerous without my knowledge but I went to the hospital when my contractions were every 5 minutes because it was about 30 minutes away. The triage nurse almost sent me back home because I wasn’t dialated very much but the resident on duty wanted to check my fluid because she asked me if I had “peed” myself or thought that I did.. and earlier that day I really did think that I had peed myself or was leaking urine and it was actually my amniotic fluid leaking. So I wasn’t sent home, went from 2-10 cm in a matter of 3 hours and gave birth without any meds because the anesthesiologist was busy in surgery and they were short staffed.

I’m currently 37+3 and I’m feeling everything. This will be our first child and we’re both trying to remain calm. 😅So far I lost my mucous plug at 35+6, my nerve pain has been here since the beginning of 35wks and counting, I’m feeling cramps, and contractions but I don’t know what’s the difference. This video has helped me so much. We think the baby will be here early but everything has been so on time since conception that we can’t figure out when I should go on leave…🙈

I have no idea if I'm in early labor or having Brackston hicks , I seriously need to know because it has started to actually hurt & It's just me here....then I hear BIRTHING PEOPLE, people don't birth, women do. Ffs!!! It's a thing that makes me question competency & awareness of objective reality, also borrowing & loaning motherhood away from women is vile. Now I need to focus on my breathing instead of being annoyed by woke bullshit.

39 weeks and I have EVERY sign up until water breaking. I'm so frustrated, we thought I was in labor this morning and I was not. I just want him out!!!!!! Right now!

So my water usually always breaks very early…. I’ve had 2 kids already. But I’ve been having this strong sensation for 5 hrs that comes and goes with sometimes a really hard stomach. It feels like I have to pee super bad then goes away. Could I be starting labor?

I’m one day away from 39 weeks .. I have a UTI been on 2 different types of antibiotics and was told I should remind the nurse to give me antibiotics during labor too ..
cramps groin and vaginal pain are all things that I experience on a daily bases for other a month now .. somedays they’re so strong I can’t walk or even stand up for more than few minutes.. other days they’re tolerable ..

Yesterday I started to feel some back pain .. Idk if that’s a sign of anything but it’s exciting.. I definitely wanna be done with being pregnant..

38 weeks and this guy is heavy on my pelvis and back, but no dilation, no water breakage, or lost mucous plug . He kicks and punches like crazy and we are extremely sleepy. I'm so ready to meet my baby!!

37 weeks and so impatient

37w 4d and just had bloody show and mucus plug all at once in the shower... right after the nurses called scheduling my induction LOL. I guess this means the induction had better odds of success this way at least! (provided I make it to 39 weeks now! lol)

36 weeks with first baby and my last exam the doc said I have a soften cervix. I have all the clues of pre labor and seems like my body is on its way ! I know we're on baby's schedule but it's incredible how our bodies know what to do even when we haven't done it before 👏

I’m 40+3 with my 3rd baby. My doctor is trying to push me to induce (no medical need just doesn’t want me to pass 41) and I do not. I have had three previous inductions, first one failed, and it was traumatizing. How do I politely deny a induction when I’ve seen no multiple times in the pregnancy?

What are your thoughts on the purple buttcrack line that might mimic dilation?

I'm at 37+6 weeks with my first and every movement and roll is making me feel like I might be in labor. I'm scared and just want to get this over with.

My current symptoms at 37 weeks & 4 days with baby number 4:

Hormones increase - emotional
Loose/frequent stools
Lost 6 lbs in a matter of a week
Braxton hicks
Baby dropped
Nesting at night & extreme exhaustion throughout the day

Doc said she is super low & dilated to a 2 already.

Baby#1- 40w5d
Baby#2- 39w3d
Baby#3- 36w4d

No labor started yet but I’m hoping soon with all the symptoms I’ve had in the last 1-2 days

39 weeks and 2 days today feeling different today, when he moves he feels like he is poking me down there with something sharp! I am having irregular contractions, definitely stronger than before. He has been very active! Last time I had a baby was 20 years ago! Sooo I remember but I don't if that makes any sense.

38w tomorrow ftm. Have most of these, increasing cramping and pressure the last few days, increased looser BMs too. Scheduled to be induced next Thursday at 39w1d. It would be nice if he came on his own before ❤️

I woke up this morning with Headaches , backaches , nauseous, feeling like I’m going to throw up, cramps with stomach ache

I was at work and started to feel heat around my face and ears. I asked my coworkers if my face was red, and they said yes and had one of nurses take my blood pressure (I worked at an ortho office). It was elevated, so I went to triage as the doc instructed. They told me that if they admitted just on how close my contractions were, I would have been admitted because they were two minutes apart. However, to me they barely felt like anything, so I was sent home from work to "stay away from stressful situations."

Came back around 4am next day when I literally could not speak. I was out of it. When I got to triage they asked me to tell them when a contraction started (not sure why, as they could see it via their monitor), and I didn't know what to say because it felt almost constant.

38 going into 39 on Monday ... first time ... :3

Ik this is TMI but what about constant gas like nonstop?

I have to laugh with my 1 year old my Labour was like the movies big massive pop waters went and within minutes OMG 😲 the contractions hit hard managed with just gas and air. I'm now 24 weeks and hoping my labour is as smooth as last time. Your videos helped last time and hopefully this time x

I was surprised by the weight thing. I’m totally opposite. I gained ten pounds in the last month with all three of my kids
