Chanel Repair Service - Singapore

Sent my Chanel Gabrielle Bag to Repair due to the leather strap flaking. Cost SGD350! Took exactly 3 months for them to fix it, inbetween May 21, Chanel called to tell me that they are sending my bag to Paris due to the parts not found in Singapore. Overall, the whole procedure is very smooth, and I thought I should document it to share with other Chanel lovers. It is NOT free, so if your leather is peeling, there is where u pay the price. So, I do suggest you to use your bags regularly to prevent such things from happening!
