Omg, she doesn't know anything, all video was looking at the answer near by. Converting g to mg soooooo long, it's much easier and faster. Literally she confuses people.

Question. Forgive my ignorance, I am still taking my prereqs but have a required dosage class. Anyway, for the third problem second question I also got 1.5mL but I multiplied 0.5mL by 3. Should I not do that? If someone can explain please feel free. Thank you!

Hello I’m currently taking pharmacology and I’m struggling with rounding is it best to round durning the conversions or only rounding at the end?

In the uk we’d just convert the prescription to mg. Then we say what you want / what you’ve got x what it’s in. Or WIG for short. Very similar

Is it true that while you are in nursing school you are unable to use a calculator? Also when you take the Nclex exam no calculator? I am currently taking my first pharmacology class and no calculator are allowed.

Well q8h = 3 times a day. Just multiply 0.5 heparin x 3 = 1.5mls

on the 3rd question for the first part of the answer I got 5ml and for the 2nd part I got 15ml for 24hrs
