I would say that 250D could be a better choice for several reasons, and not only video. It has better ISO, wireless/bluetooth native feature, touchscreen and more. At the same time, I agree 600D is still a valid camera for shooting stills. Thank you for your video. And very beautiful portraits during the intro gallery, wow!
