Im a bit concerned when i do the workouts am i meant to be feeling the burn where the thigh gap is suppose to be because when i do the workouts k can frel the burn on tbe outside of my legs does anyone knkw why or is that whats suppose to happen.

Day 1: It went well. I trust April Han. Currently the inner leg is 54 cm. My target is 45 cm. I will do it until I reach my goal.

I’ve been doing this for a couple months but I will say this does work I can see a gap between my legs but I think it took longer because my thighs are bigger but it’s works!!

OMG ive been so insecure about how my thighs were touching each other and ive read so many articles about how to reduce it i started a very strict diet i only eat a sandwich with hot sauce and a boiled egg for the whole day and i started doing this workout AFTER ONLY 3 DAYS my thighs aren't touching each other no more i mean i still want to reduce it more so ill keep doing this exercise and diet untill im satisfied. I just wanted to say if you don't see results try to restrict your calorie intake for example skip a meal i think that will help 😊 THANK U SOOO MUCH FOR THIS WORKOUT 💞💞

Im going to try this I have really fat thighs and its not nice...they rub together and I get rash from it.
Too anyone who says just be happy with your body you have no idea how painful leg rashes are, I want to wear skirts and dresses but I cant because of it.

ОтветитьВсем привет! Решила делать эту тренировку потому что поняла: у меня очень толстые ляжки, да и вообще я потолстела. Буду делать пока что 7 дней. Стараюсь есть более полезную ( хотя понимаю что нет правильной и неправильной еды, но все же), иногда ем сладости в небольшом количестве.
