Im a bit concerned when i do the workouts am i meant to be feeling the burn where the thigh gap is suppose to be because when i do the workouts k can frel the burn on tbe outside of my legs does anyone knkw why or is that whats suppose to happen.

Day 1 : ✅ DIED at the last one but did it!
Day 2 : ✅ It felt easier the yesterday but still died at the tip toes (weight update 48,3kg!)

I plan to do sports for about 1 month, I will write every day.

Day 1: ✅✅ it wasnt so hard to do but my glutes and inner thighs are a bit sore 😤
Day 2: ✅ I could only do it one time because my legs still hurt from yesterday and they were shaking before I even started the 7th workout 😭 NO PAIN NO GAIN GUYS 💪
Day 3: ❌ I was suffering after doing her full body workout😢😢 My leg still hurt from yesterday too

I’ve been doing this for a couple months but I will say this does work I can see a gap between my legs but I think it took longer because my thighs are bigger but it’s works!!

рост: 170 см

вес:59 кг

бедро: 54 см

1 день: ✅ было легко, сделала ещё одну несложную тренировку на ноги
2 день: ✅ немного болели ноги, но я сделала тренировку один раз + гуляла два часа)
3 день: ✅ сделала тренировку один раз, + было много активности как в школе, так и после
следующие 4 дня ничего не делала, зато ходила по 17-20К шагов..
4 день: ✅ возобновила тренировку

OMG ive been so insecure about how my thighs were touching each other and ive read so many articles about how to reduce it i started a very strict diet i only eat a sandwich with hot sauce and a boiled egg for the whole day and i started doing this workout AFTER ONLY 3 DAYS my thighs aren't touching each other no more i mean i still want to reduce it more so ill keep doing this exercise and diet untill im satisfied. I just wanted to say if you don't see results try to restrict your calorie intake for example skip a meal i think that will help 😊 THANK U SOOO MUCH FOR THIS WORKOUT 💞💞

Im going to try this I have really fat thighs and its not nice...they rub together and I get rash from it.

Too anyone who says just be happy with your body you have no idea how painful leg rashes are, I want to wear skirts and dresses but I cant because of it.

Всем привет! Решила делать эту тренировку потому что поняла: у меня очень толстые ляжки, да и вообще я потолстела. Буду делать пока что 7 дней. Стараюсь есть более полезную ( хотя понимаю что нет правильной и неправильной еды, но все же), иногда ем сладости в небольшом количестве.
