ОтветитьThis one was great! I loved the new format for the no repeats! I liked that it was still in circuits so I could check it off on my head and how we put the two moves together to close out each circuit. And as 2 months post partum I loved the all standing so I didn't have to waste time trying to get up and down off my mat. And my baby watched me the whole time. 😊

ОтветитьI don’t think for most you could be fluid the first couple of times. It’s compound movements and very fast so it’s going to take a few times to get to know the moves and do them as quickly and efficiently as she does. But I found it to be a great sweat fest love that she talked about the knees, I’m 54 and that’s becoming a problem in my workouts, I just wish that there was more concentrated abs in this one. Also, I love that it’s no repeat because I’m a person that works out frequently during the week and gets very bored easily.

ОтветитьI loved this workout…in and out and got a good sweat! I had to do some modifications…can’t squat as deep or go down as far in a deadlift, so I added a thigh band! Do you have a 30 minute version of this…so good!!
