Se mucho sobre estructuras en fabricacion de buses , vi completo este video y otros referentes a lo mismo , les puedo decir que la construccion de estos buses es absolutamente rudimentaria , ser artesano es una cosa y estos personajes no lo son , crean un vehiculo de pasajeros con los peores materiales de segunda mano y oxidados , perfiles de estructura demasiado fragiles de poco espesor , esos buses no aguantan volcaduras sin que colapse todo el techo y termine matando a todos sus pasajeros , no tienen ningun punto de deformacion frontal o trasera , con un choque mataria hasta a el conductor , mala construccion sin ninguna especificacion tecnica ni organismo estatal que que certifique y regule la construccion de estos vehiculos de pasajeros y la calidad y seguridad en su fabricacion , del tema de seguridad de los trabajadores ni hablar , no cumplen ninguna norma de seguridad personal trabajan en la prehistoria , cada uno de esos trabajadores veran mermadas su calidad de vida en unos años mas con toda la polucion y contaminantes que respiran a diario , Paquistan pais tercermundista que solo se han preocupado de tener ejercito bien armado y bombas atomicas para acerle el peso a su archienemigo que es India , en resumen son vehiculos de pasajeros completamente inseguros y mal construidos solo se preocupan por la estetica y adornos sobrecargados

Que doideira, fazem quase tudo no chão, não tem bancada pra trabalhar, tudo ao ar livre, debaixo do sol, não tem galpão, cheios de roupa, moldam o metal a frio, a empresa não tem muros.

Mesmo assim trabalham com afinco usando basicamente marreta, fita métrica e solda e parece que todos sabem fazer de tudo na construção e depois na montagem do ônibus.

Constroem o ônibus peça por peça, literalmente, bem diferente dos trabalhadores das fábricas do ocidente que montam os ônibus. Estão de parabéns, são trabalhadores altamente competentes. Respeito total a esses guerreiros.

Send this people to cuba so at least made good busses for the streets over there and people dont walk longer distances

Wow! shock to see they welded top shell frame to the main frame? Anytime you drill or weld to the main frame you compromised integrity of the Frame. Factory drills every hole before it is heat treated and assembled!

I love these videos, they have similar workshops in Thailand where they makes busses using an identical method. its quite shocking to see the lack of concern for safety, but impressive skill.

Donde está en éstos trabajos, los derechos humanos, falta total de cualquier elemento de seguridad o prevención de riesgo laborales y por supuesto sus fabricados, carece de toda calidad incumplen cualquier norma de certificación en occidente, donde esta la OIT , la , ONU ... etc, personas explotadas y niños en esos talleres indalubres

Are we aware that drilling / welding directly onto the chassis rails is an absolute no-no? Mind you at least this bunch are using what appears to be a new rolling chassis.

In America leepu and pitbull, i saw only one leepu nizamuddin awlia. But in this video all are leepu. Inshallah. God be with you all and your family. What a hardworking. Very high degree of team spirit. Bending L angle, it is not joke. One suggestion: provide cover for engine while fabricating. Use tig welding
