I took a Virtual training of AZ 900 for two days (part1 & part2) but I didn't get a discount. Microsoft just sent me an email, thanking me for attending . What may be the problem?

I took part in the online course for two days. However, the voucher was not redeemed due to technical errors by PearsonVue. After several calls to the customer service hotline, my voucher was rejected. What do I need AZ-900 for if phone support is not working in India? Disaster for such quality.
