As I have already said, your domestication/adoption of these monkeys, all of them, is absolutely, positively, incredible. I sincerely believe you should get an award!! I am currently working on material(s) that prove, or explain, that monkeys, indeed are & CAN BE viable & great pets! Most ppl from the USA or UK refuse to agree about this with professionals from Asian and African countries… Why?? Well, because many citizens from both countries have routinely & successfully had monkeys as pets for 100’s if not 1000’s of years here I have come across you twotwo Americans, with the most well-adjusted, macaque monkeys, I think I’ve ever seen. I’ve seen capuchin monkeys, domesticated, quite well, but macaques are a little bit more difficult. I believe what you’ve done is phenomenal. I am an advocate for people having a monkey as a pet or a service animal. I personally know three people that have monkeys as their service animal. Both the monkey & human have a great respect for one another. The arrangement is so different than having a dog or cat as a service animal, that it is absolutely a whole different ball game. Two of the three were monkeys that were rescued from the ground, one whose mother was hit by a car, the other, whose mother dumped it because it was a hybrid the two monkeys were raised by humans, and remained in the homes, along with the people whom they perform service, the third monkey was from the offspring of two captive monkeys who are bred regularly to sell offspring as pets in a swap meat near the owners, home next-door to the local market.

Those teeth, particularly the canines, at the very least, should’ve been removed along time ago. I’m talking for SAFETY reasons. Monkeys bite. Monkeys bite. Let me say it again, monkeys bite, so when they bite you with those big canines is going to do some damage. Get those canine teeth removed before you regret it. There’s nothing wrong with having a monkey as a pet, and macaques are just as good as any other monkey, but you must have canine teeth removed from monkeys….. it is simply because they bite. That’s one of their means of defense….. if you don’t, if it bites off a child’s finger like a carrot, you will regret that as well. Get that monkeys teeth pulled you will have a much better pet.

Длиннохвостые макаки обычно шубутные, наглые. А эти такие воспитанные, сдержанные и симпатичные. А как культурно едят! Совсем немножко черпает ложечкой кашку и не спеша, не наталкивая за щёки, спокойно ест. А поведение, ну просто хочется на них смотреть.

Это не показуха для ласково. Это жизнь бибизьянок они моется одевается с удовольствием, значит это повседневная жизнь у этих прекрасных людей
