ОтветитьGreat job Doc
ОтветитьBrilliantly put
Ответитьi watched this twice and still dont understand-
Ответить3 tips only to reduce the fat health problems easily to lie to your brain that your eating all day but infact too little eaten : 1. Eat gum without chewing the gum even if it was 10 gums in one day just use toothpaste a lot to clean 2. Think drinking not eating every day so choose any juice with sugar: sugar not a poison like 10 juice and 10 water and start finishing the water and juice then no time to eat every day 3. Stop swallowing the food every bite of food is more poison and calories so this is the no. 1 trick for the body to enjoy only taste in all tasty all kind of food
* sports are depending on your body abilities but of course fast strong sports much better that walking only like many people advise. Running while watching tv is excellent and better even than walking in gardens
“Small tweaks over big changes” 💪🏼
ОтветитьThis is an outdated video. There is no need to eat fibre, which is an indigestible complex carbohydrate, otherwise known as cellulose. Recent studies have shown that high cholesterol is not a health issue. Those with a high level of cholesterol live longer, healthier lives.
ОтветитьGreat video
ОтветитьExcellent video! Explained in detail.
ОтветитьWhat a great video. Thanks 🙏
ОтветитьBrilliant, thanks.
ОтветитьGreat video, and totally agree. Here in the US when women started to enter the workplace, understandably an emphasis was put on convenience which gave rise to more processed foods and fast foods. Then of course fat got vilified and was often replaced with sugar making processed food very caloric dense. Combine this with our ever increasing sedentary lifestyles and it’s no wonder many of us have gotten fat.
So many crazy diets these days with little or poor studies to support them and even fewer long term studies. People ought not confuse themselves and simply try to incorporate more Whole Foods to their diet and limit processed foods as much as they can. I learned to cook well which really helps making “eating healthy” enjoyable…..because nobody wants to eat kale sandwiches everyday! I still enjoy pizza and burgers but I try to make “better bad choices”. If I feel like a burger I don’t get fries. If I get pizza I don’t eat half of it in one sitting. People fail because they set themselves up for failure. Dieting is a short term solution not a lifestyle change…which is needed for success. Being healthy doesn’t mean u need to run on a treadmill 2 hrs a day but I agree some form of exercise is hugely important. Not for the calories it’s burns but mainly for the reasons mentioned in the video. Also maintaining some muscle mass by exercising helps with metabolism and their is no better way to burn calories than passively. I’m 51 and have never been fat but my weight will jump around by 10 lbs if I’m making bad choices. I lift weights for a half hour about three days a week just to maintain muscle mass and walk 30 min or an hour everyday. Along with eating about 80% whole foods it’s worked for me all of these years. I think the biggest deterrent for people is thinking being healthy is some sort of huge miserable commitment, and it’d not! What’s miserable is having adverse health conditions as a result of the choices we make. Just wanted to share so people understand how “doable” being healthier can be.
starting tomorrow morning and thanks to you for saying to think about what is healthy to eat rather than what I can't eat is awesome.
ОтветитьExpertise and superb graphics keep viewers from turning off the film because it's too boring
I especially like the hand-drawn presentation. Thank you for sharing this knowledge.🎉🔥
As someone who loves junk food, I really have a hard time getting healthier the more I eat.
Especially when I mentioned eating fish at the end of the film, because I hate eating fish,
I think it should not be easy to lose weight healthily.
I like your illustrations, thank you for reminding us that opting for health does not have to be an all or nothing proposition.
ОтветитьAmazing video! very interesting and creative.
ОтветитьI'm so agree that he said there are some differents when you just eat alone or have meals with others.
ОтветитьHaiyaa The end of the world can only bring two seeds I will bring potatoes and edamame
Edamame is awesome ❤
knowledge is power. Yes! let's concentrate on what is healthy to eat and stick to it we will achieve a healthy diet regimen with less effort.
ОтветитьI hate fish so I'm fucked basically. Nice.
ОтветитьThis video made more sense than any video I’ve heard on diets. I’m currently a vegetarian, been that way for almost 4 years and I’m tired of it, haven’t seen much change in my body or life. Im seriously thinking of going back to a Mediterranean-based diet while maintaining omad. Thank you sir!!
ОтветитьJesus Christ what do I buy at the store? I’m hungry and everything is bad.
ОтветитьI'm wondering what is the app the Dr uses to create his videos?
ОтветитьI tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. (Luke 13:5 [KJV])
And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: (Hebrews 9:27)
Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. (Matthew 7:13-14)
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. (Romans 10:13)
Impeccably well done. Thanks
ОтветитьLike the way you explained things I’m very active but my "mindful eating” is not where I would like it to be my addiction is sugar mainly baked good sugar I don’t eat candy and I eat to much refined carbs but like you said I’ve been making small changes and tweaks and being aware by having fruit or every time I’m out at a food place I. Get a fruit bowl I want to incorporate vegetables since those are important too I really like roasted veggies my own doctor told me to cut back on carbs so I will do that
ОтветитьBrilliant advice. Empathic and based on evidence. Thank you
Ответитьcan anyone, please, recommend me a video that just tells me what to eat instead of all that “nutrients” bullshit? like i already know how much i’m supposed to be eating, thank you. but i need help with WHAT to eat. i know they don’t normally just tell you what to eat because every body is different and shit but i am, a beast. i can eat everything in sight, swear. JUST TELL ME WHAT TO EAATTT
ОтветитьLove this!!!!
ОтветитьIn his introduction of eating habits, Dr. Mike Evans opens by opening up the controversial topic of weight loss versus the sustainability in changing eating habits. In industrial countries, we have the options of inexpensive foods that are high calorie and low nutrient dense, however on the other hand, food and meals are also a way that people and families can come together and bond. In these industrialized societies, there remains the ethical discussion on whether the cheaper options that hold higher risks for developing medical problems such as cardiovascular problems and diabetes compare equally in terms of accessibility financially and socially compared to higher quality, nutritious alternatives. Dr. Evans touches on the concept of diets to lose weight, fads that celebrities might start, or obsessing about the content of food consumption as short term options that may be “harder to stick to,” but individuals should rather find a pattern to adjust eating habits for a more long term solution. He discusses specific macro and micro nutrient options, such as carbohydrates being healthy in their complex forms as legumes and whole grains compared to the simple, refined sugar form, however these suggestions on how people can approach changing diets does not take into consideration the barriers to access that different communities may have. There remains the challenges of financing healthy options, physical access and vicinity barriers to reaching markets, language barriers, and even individual medical concerns that make the suggested advice not one-size fits all. Dr. Evans closes with suggesting that mindfulness with eating choices is a good place to start, which I agree with as that leaves room for individual choices in what change might mean for each person.
ОтветитьI can only talk from experience, Im 69 now and have only ever been on a diet a couple of times in my whole life, but I know what worked for me, it was simple and I didnt miss the foods that were affected, I gave up eating SUGAR and WHEAT and YEAST, these are the main three things that need to be reined in, obviously SUGAR is easy, Wheat is also easy, YEAST is tricky, but I didnt get hung up about it, I simply threw away my Cereals that were made from wheat and used Oats based cereals, I cut my bread intake down to one slice of toast at breakfast, for breakfast I had a 2 egg omelet with 2 rashes of Streaky Bacon, 2 fried tomatoes and a piece of toast, plus my bowl of cereal and coffee, used Honey for sugar in my cereal, lunch was a healthy salad with either beef or chicken, ate 2 pieces of fruit during the day, then for dinner I ate a meal that consisted of meat and vegetables, I always used Olive Oil for cooking and for salad dressings, I lost a average of 1 Kilo ( 2.2lbs) per week, I went from 92 kgs ( 203 lbs) to 80 kgs ( 176 lbs) in 12 weeks, I was 64 years old when I did this and I only used a Rowing Machine for exercise, unless you have a genuine medical reason for carrying extra weight, then you really dont have an excuse for being over weight and unhealthy.
ОтветитьThis video was so helpful and informative! I especially liked the advice about finding the diet that works best for you - it's something that we all need to understand better. Thanks for the tips - they've given me some great ideas for continuing my healthy eating journey!
ОтветитьIm trying to gain weight, this is not relevant so i disliked.
ОтветитьThere's nothing wrong with eating healthy, and people should. I would, however, counsel against becoming obsessed with eating healthy, or in living healthy.
Far too many people do exactly that, denying themselves all sorts of pleasures, the aim of which is to extend their life. Yet, without many of those pleasures, life simply isn't worth extending, or living, for that matter.
I've never understood the attitude of living on some rigid, regimented diet or daily schedule. Such tediousness is insanity-inducing. Why someone would want to live that way, AND make that insufferably boring and wasted life last LONGER is beyond me...🤣
As a Canadian, I'm excited that Canada was mentioned lol
ОтветитьI highly enjoyed this video, I Hold my weight very well. People look at me and think I’m a 250 lb tank, but really I’m over 330 and get out of breath just by walking up the stairs. My problem has always been what and how much I eat. This video really opened my eyes that it’s much more of a mental battle of perception, more than just a battle of weight gain and weight loss.
ОтветитьSuch an awesome video, better than many movies and series episodes we see on TV and the net these times and so much more important to our life and nurturing good habits. Thank you and bravo! Great information and charming graphics!
ОтветитьTHIS IS ALL BULLSHIT!!!!!!!
ITS SIMPLE STOP DRINKING SODA STOP EATING FAST FOOD STOP EATING FOOD WITH HIGH SUGAR CONTENT AND CORN SU4GAR AND THATS IT!!! AND KEEP IT MOVING!!!!
I feel sick all the time because my family always buys unhealthy food with like, no nutrition. But I’m a minor so there’s not much I can do for myself 🥲
ОтветитьI'm currently eating healthier and staying off sweets for a month or more to loose weight because I have eaten to much chocolate haha
ОтветитьI think the misconception about a vegan diet is thinking omg i have to eat fruits and vegetables for sustenance when this couldn't be further from the truth. The food industry have certainly pulled a wool over everyone's eyes for decades hmm
