3rd issue lock picking

anyone know what is the cause for some protectrons wake up hostile and some friendly? is it programmed based on the location or due to you doing something wrong?

I have been doing research with what going above ten special does.

Strength: no additional carry weight but it does multiply base melee and unarmed damage.

Perception: accuracy will continue to improve in vats but it’s capped at 95%

Endurance: no more hp but action point consumption will continue to slow while sprinting

Charisma: at 16 charisma prices will no longer lower however every point willl continue to add to your settler limit and 11 charisma never fails speech checks.

Intelligence: more bonuses to xp gain not very beneficial

Agility: action points will keep adding up until you have boosted to 30 agility ( I don’t think that’s possible) in which it is capped however sneak bonuses are not effected any more.

Luck: will continue to decrease required hits for a critical but you’ve gotta go pretty high to get good value.
10-12 every five shots
13-18 every 4 shots
19-29 every 3 shots
30-62 every other shot
63+ every shot will crit.

Idk if it’s possible to achieve this but that’s the math.

Instead of buying ammo to keep your caps low you can trade it to a companion for safekeeping.. (I think). Better check that with a small amount to be sure. I think you can also just store it at a settlement like anything else.

Wasteland #9 is the best. Get it very EARLY. More food and more experience for your entire playthrough.

I played the game to completion and never found more than 3 bobbleheads.

if i duplicate booblehead i can get extra effects if i pick up it again like happen with SPECIAL book of sanctury?
I used manufacturing transport to duplicate it let me increase stats but i dont know if it happen with booblehead or magazine .
In that case wabbajack weapon can help with it ?, because it transform to anyone in a random thing or npc in the game .

I used the charisma bobble head and accidentally got charisma 11. I didn’t mean to do it but I happened to be wearing black rimmed glasses.

The hacking system also gets much easier when ur looking through the symbols first sequences the start with { And end in } like {%&$} do things like reset ur amount of tries and get rid of words that aren't the right one same goes for ( ) [ ] and < >

I love the sneak. I'm so good now I'm practically invisible at a full run and my number one weapon is the tooth from Dunwitch Borers. I kill everything when I sneak up with one shot.

If any of your special stats are already at 10 you do not need to take any kind of chems before you grab the YOUR SPECIAL booklet by Shaun’s crib to get your preferred stat to 11.

Special are unlimited. Clothing and chems can boost over 10. Or just simply use player.modav to set any or all special to whatever one wants to

Science bobblehead is useless, just exit the terminal at 3 guesses

Last fallout game I played was 3 when I was a kid. Just got into fallout 4 now and I can’t dislike it. The biggest problem is the dialogue. I think the early games when action and combat was limited, the dialogue was actually like a mini game within the game but in 4 that’s lost.

However building settlements and bringing the wasteland to some life was very cool compared to 3

Bruh that’s true novice terminals are hell to me but master terminals are so much easier.

Power armor = Easy Mode

Hakkingbubblehead is useless....quikksave before hak and you are fine, or leave the terminal after 3 wrong guesses and try again.

You don’t even need to hack the terminal in Olivia. The key is in the last room where the radroaches are just after getting the locket pertaining to the Abernathy Farm settlement quest.

I didn't take any of the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. bobbleheads until I got the corresponding stat to 10. I now have a base of 11 on five of my stats. I just need to get agility and luck to 10 each.

For the scav #5 magazine. Couldn’t you just give your caps to your follower that way youll always have lower than 100 caps an if you need to buy stuff you can just get your caps from your follower. I can’t remember if u can give followers caps I’m f04 but I know you could in nv

Survival mode, the wasteland survival mag that lets you swim faster is a huge time saver, along with aquaboy/girl. Lack of fast travel sucks time out of your life and swimming is key.

Doing this is honestly the surprisingly fun once your done with the story

You can get 15s in stats. Just saying.

You have the issues of the Covert books all mixed up.
