What was the point of him changing back into a boy if he was going to just turn right back into a girl again? Was it actually all apart of his mom’s plan to permanently turn him back into a girl knowing that his memories would change too to believe that he was always a girl. I noticed how she never actually told him what that spell would do when she infused it with the hair tie. Maybe that’s why she said “we are always witches no matter what the gender is” because in reality they always use their magic to make sure they become female in the end along with their memories so they can keep using the term witches. She was probably thinking that he would choose to stay a girl on his own but since that didn’t happen she had to resort to a underhanded tactic by deceiving him into unknowingly doing what she wanted for him on his own not realizing that the spell was going to do that to him and since reality for him changed so quickly he couldn’t even realize what had just happened. He’s another thought that I came up with what if Brandon and his family are actually wizards. That would make for one crazy twist in the story and maybe a Romeo and Juliet type of story might follow because of it. That would be crazy if I actually end up being right about this lol 😂

Wow, I have a feeling that at some point in chapter 2, the somewhat permanent female Kai will kiss Brandon!!

And imagine Kai being immortal, if that happens, Brandon will age up into elderly man, by the time Kai remains in his/her current age…☹️😕😟😰

Okay, the end there was funny. "Nope, still didn't work" when clearly it did and main character's memories adjusted to the new reality.

I find it a really cool detail how her internal voice had turned feminine in the end, signaling that she is no longer internally a boy, she's a girl inside and out-

Not bad but since the guy turned into a girl and didn’t even notice it does that mean the spell was so strong that it’s still altering reality and his subconscious?
