hi...I wish you to know that your file xlsm doesn't work because when I make a click on one shape the associated macro doesn't go

It doesn't work in Excel 2019. ScreenTip is appears, but the attached macro doesn't run. If I want to apply to a Commandbutton, it goes to Runtime error 5.

Thank you for the cool tip. I just want to ask is there any way we can directly add a tooltips on Mouse Hover for shape buttons which already has a macro? And do not overwrite in the macro? I tried but after I added ToolTips, the macro cannot be run.

One good thing that came out of 2020 was I found you! Something I always struggled with was anything to do with mathematics and this includes understanding Excel. Thank you for breaking it down and making it much more understandable. I wish you well for Xmas and hope to see more of you in the New Year!

Hi. A very excellent tip! Clever to add the ? icon to make it obvious to the user where to hover and forcing a null string into the link cell reference through VBA is genius! I've always struggled with where to send the pointer on a click. Now.. don't have to. Thanks a million for this one and all the others this year. Looking forward to more fun and good learning at TeachExcel in 2021 :)) Thumbs up and Happy Holidays!!
