What Linus Tech Tips has going for it is 2 funny guys talking about tech. I didn’t even know it was more than just 2 guys doing these videos. I just want guys talking about tech with some jokes in there. If anyone is basing their purchase 100% off the opinions of LTT, then that sounds like a personal problem. This all just seems like a tasteless nothing burger.

A for profit team taking sponsorship deals with tech companies they are reviewing is not all that shocking in the year of our lord 2023. Can we just get some fun content? Nobody got hurt here and clearly this is a team of people you’re trying to get unemployed for views. It’s just not that serious.

I don't get why people are not more upset with them for reviewing products that are essentially from their sponsors and as pointed by gamer nexus are biased.
Thats just unethical and should be called out more.

I remember when they were reviewing a liquid cooled laptop and ripped open the liquid cool box before opening then was surprised it didn't work well.

I challenge the people attacking Linus to look at their own accountability. I guarantee 90%+ have no ground to stand on. We all make mistakes, but it seems like the community swarms at the opportunity to call out someone else's mistakes rather than address their own.

Seeing Linus get upset in his few minutes talking says ALOT about him, 15mil subscribers watching !THEY KNOW THEY MESSED UP AND HE STILL COULDN'T KEEP IT COOL!? ... Imagine him in private! In their new video The issue with staff should have been brought up there's still an elephant in the room and it wasn't addressed. My advice to anyone going through the situation Ms. Madison went through working with this team (was unbelievable) happens in places all over America. My advice is ALWAYS START A PAPER TRAIL, if you complain about something to HR get a copy of your statement and at the same time email them about the conversation you had with them. I have seen it happen when an HR person will deny having a conversation or hearing any complaint but if you send an email noting key points of your compliant and what the conversation was about (as awkward as it is)it will help you prove that you had some type of communication with that HR person. People have got to stop fearing retaliation and understand how much one individual can hold a company accountable.

I really don’t care about the crunch part, if you’ve worked for a small business you understand breaks are a luxury, there’s barley anyone to cover you on your break so you really can’t just stop working,

Where I worked the dude would let you slack off and eat while working but you couldn’t just take a break

This is solely my opinion. every company has crunch and without crunch nothing would be done on schedule and almost every work place has pressure, the mistakes in data is bad but again we are humans not robots and the fact he didn’t go back and correct them is even worse but at least moving forward this would be avoided
