Two dead of suicide, one of cancer. Still, he has trouble wiping the sadistic smirk off his face while mentioning it. Well done, Mr Haneke. Your brillant work of art made this world a little bit uglier, and I don't want to know how many idiots your masterpiece inspired to commit crimes as heinous as these.

ole bornrdal was to remake his original 1994 nightwatch with miramax almost shot for shot in 1997, but soderbergh and post-production messed it up
