I would’ve been fine with slide canceling being gone but then they added this aim penalty bs for just jump shotting and the no b hopping and on top of that they nerfed movement speed in general all across the board just to cater to these “tactical” players who think camping and being slow is a skill

Everything about MW2019 to me was amazing. Loved the maps, UI, animations, sounds and especially movement. Didn't play or purchase MW2019 until Warzone sucked me in, and I've found nothing similar that's as fun. I look at MW2022 as a major downgrade overall. MW2022 definitely improved on a lot of stuff, but the maps don't feel like as much effort was put into them, the movement is frustratingly linear (unsatisfying bunny hopping, no slide cancel, no sliding to regenerate tactical sprint), the UI is nice but navigating it is frustrating (and doesn't look good as MW2019's style in my opinion), and there's a lot missing (sprays, emotes, etc.)

Warzone 2 wasn't even supposed to have loadouts, which is stupid since that's what made Warzone it's identity - that was it's spin on the battle royale genre and it worked very well, and I'm glad they implemented them back. Hopefully the movement is improved upon, but I'm pretty sure how it currently is will be set in stone.

Unpopular opinion, I liked both Cold War and Vanguard's campaigns and enjoyed Cold War's multiplayer, but not Vanguard's multiplayer. Vanguard felt too much like it was made specifically to be a grind game for Warzone. Vanguard's Caldera map and weapons ruined Warzone for me.

been playing since mw3 and, i can’t speak for everyone. but mw 2019 didn’t feel like cod, followed by cold war and vanguard. I understand there’s a lot of kids whose first cod game was 2019, but if ur an OG player, mw2 is moving in the right direction in my opinion. cod is starting to feel like cod again. i still miss the arcady feel of how it was back in the day. but unlike the past 3 years of dreading cod, im actually really enjoying cod again

Players complaining are the sweats. I’ve noticed some sweaty COD streamers I follow struggling in MW2 they looks REALLY average without the movement lol and they’re absolutely struggling without specialist bonus perk

imo double sprint doesn't belong in the game and movement should be more like the OG MW not 2019 i mean the real OG shit.
ofc this is all subjective but this 2022 mw felt much more bearable to me but not realistic / tactical at all. I might consider purchasing it if it stays this way after release.
