Also just side note, this is the method that you can use to really rush e2 units as quickly as possible. But if you farm the ch4 variants it will be slower but you will build up resources for what your aiming for + other materials on the side for future E2's and this method will be even more prevalent once ch5 and 6 are released :D but if you just wanna GET SHIT DONE this is generally the way to do it :D

FYI, the document specifies that if you don’t care about getting the best value out of all possible subproduct drops, to use that first page. If you DO care about subproduct drops, use the individual pages for each material. The best stage that ignores subproduct efficiency is not always the same as the stage that maximizes sanity value from all drops.

Tectone is such a chill guy, love the man and his videos. His ads for arknights were cringey and made me hate seeing him, but after giving the game a shot and watching his videos I can say I love this man's charisma and humor

I wished I've rewatch this shit, I fucked up so hard

I was farming 4-6 for Onirock clusters to get my Amiya to E2, I got 3 or 4 concentrations while doing so + so many more blue quality items.
This video is great way to farm more efficiently for certain item and in my case I definitely should have just gone for 2-4 (12 sanity vs 18 sanity). I will definitely take a closer look at the spreadsheet when I'm farming upgrading materials the next time, but depending on the sanity costs I might just use the old method for slower results with chance for something extra.
Good video tho and subbed. I just found your channel and the content is helpful even tho I've had almost 2 months to figure things out by myself.
