You beautiful soul, this video of yours was my very first shadow work video. I've been on spiritual bath now 10-11 years but I'm not as far as I probably should or could be. I can sense energies, do readings, cleansing, protection etc but I've never done shadow work with myself... And I've A LOT of things to work on, especially from my teenage years when I was bullied by students and headmaster + heavy issues at home (for 22 years). I've write a letter to my bullies via laptop and it helped some but I know it has not been enough. I always have felt lost with HOW to do shadow work and now you, dear, with this video showed me the way with wonderful examples of WHY and then HOW. I finally feel I have hope since I've feared that I'm screwing up myself and my life because I haven't know how to do this before. Thank you so much! You, literally, are helping me to change and heal my life ❤️

When I watched Moana for the first time I cried when I saw the part where she addresses Te Fiti in her rageful state with compassion and pure heart essence. When I think about shadow work I think of is this scene. Finding the deepest, darkest, angriest and most hurt parts of yourself and acknowledge this shadow with pure love to shed light on the darkness.

What if I’m struggling to find the why thing?what if I feel unloved and I don’t know the source of what made me feel unloved?and there are more than one?

Sooo many spiritualists and metaphysicists have explained what shadow work is. So in the past I've had a pretty clear idea on what shadow work is. However, it was never explained to me on how to begin the process and what to do within this process. Thank you for making it clear to me as to how to start and what to do. For people to have so much knowledge and wisdom, how could they not explain to someone how to begin the process and what to do? And you were definitely able to answer those questions for me. And for that I am eternally grateful. I love what you're doing. 💪🏾❤️

To me it's like opening a closet turning on a light and sorting things, easy to get thrown off course. I began shadow work a week ago. I'm 67 I wish I had known about shadow work 50 years ago.....hindsight lol
