How to fix almost ANY Windows Bluescreen, Error, Crash OR Stutters in 2022 (Windows 10 & 11)

ANY IDEA why when i click sync my settings in settings up windows 10 it closes immidiatly... if i go sync sttings in settings its managed by my organisation

I’m hoping the scanning works. Updating didn’t and it crashes every couple minutes with a IRQL error code. Super annoying since I have spent like $700 trying to upgrade and fix my pc.

im using other pc thats having the issues as a streaming pc.. so i have all the usb ports used. are there MBs that i can use alot of usb ports?

none of this helps because i literally cant even access my computer in the inside of it, i get a blue screen now and it brings me to this place with just options "Advanced options"

ok so after that first command you did that scans the files my pc says there are corrupt files but it also says it cant repair them so idk what to do

it fails to reset my pc even with a win11 install media. I've tried a number of time and it always fails

For one, i would love to know how to fix the gameinput on windows that keeps crashing my pc everytime it is updated by windows, in the analysis logs it is definitely the cause for the crashes. I have done every step i could find including the iso installation, it is still happening. Only thing left is to is clear the cmos, doubt that will fix it though.

If anyone can help, I'll explain here. Every time I am gaming, my PC would crash mid game and just give me a black screen. The PC itself, is still on and the fans are not goin fast. Temps are normal. The mouse and keyboard are also still on but, they do not register anything that I click or press. I can also hear the audio while the screen its black. I would then have to wait till the PC starts itself over or manually turn off the power switch. I also have only had this PC for a little over a year. HELP!

Motherboard: Gigabyte B550 UD AC
PSU is 850 full mod.

Wanted to mention I have a problem with my ram I’ve already switched motherboards twice ddr4 and ddr5 I stuck with ddr5 but on both new motherboards and ram I have the same problem where my pc goes black when I try to run dual channel and now I’m force to run it in one Channel mode which I know is not correct. In the last 4-5 years, I have hardly ever had such a problem with the system that I had to look for help or solve something.
If a person treats the system sensibly and doesn't download all the crap from the internet + occasional driver updates, I see no reason why they should have any problems.

disable XMP or lower the frequency. Solved BSOD issues on my Ryzen 5 2600 after switching from 3200MHz to 2933MHz (everything else the same)
Memtest86 passed all tests with no errors when 3200MHz was used but still crashed windows until I switched the frequency.
