Ukraine has been given the export version of Storm Shadow with a range of 250km. That's not enough range to hit the Crimean Bridge.

The non-export version of Storm Shadow though has a range of 500+ km.

Give Ukraine a few dozen of those and Ukraine could finish off this bridge once and for all, both the road bridge and the rail bridge. Fire MALD decoys alongside the Storm Shadows and they'll be almost certain to hit their targets I'd have thought. Storm Shadows could also take out the ferries that run between Russia and Crimea.
