GMOD: The Cursed gm_construct Beta

I’ve discovered something so u know the secret room in the og construct go there in the beta 13 version then grab the doll on the couch and go into the dark room then try to put the doll on the chair then for me it started to make the chair and the doll spin around for a while then it will send u to a like almost endless dark room and I think the only way to get out is by nocliping so u can try that if u want to

I JUST DOWNLOADED THIS MOD IT IS THE SCARIST THING EVER I LOOKED AT JUST THE ENTRANCE OF THE DARK ROOM AND SMOKE CAME I QUIT THE GAME IN FEAR

btw if u walk through the mirror in this u can enter a mirrored map and if u stop the lady jumping she will thank u

The statues are probably scale test dummies, (to make sure the buildings are scale accurate to the character)

They removed a lot of the work bc other than exploring things, what use does it have? You can already no-clip. There's a vid about the history of gm_construct.

This map is similar to a beta, the tunnels look different but it’s mostly similar. Or maybe it’s just based of a beta that I don’t know but idk

I played on this map not knowing it was a horror map, and man, I almost had a heart attack

The cozy nook in vents is missing open food package to hammer home the idea that someone was hiding in there and you just missed them. Instead of the light there might've been an oil lantern, too.

theres tons of secrets that you can do - me and my friend spent an hour trying to discover all of them

I deadass can't tell if the comments are trolling about this being real. I'll never know. I just have to assume they are until I see concrete proof.

Supposedly this IS actually based off of a real beta of the map, and the creator has evidence to prove they were apart of the beta, there is a "v2" that removes the spooky stuff from what I've seen,

When I was little I had a dream that there was a door behind my fridge (there isn’t), the door lead to a giant dark concrete room

Right before the game hitches and announces that an NPC had died, you can see a tiny speck up on the roof of the building at the far end of the map. Immediately after the notification, the speck is gone.

I have a feeling that the NPC was standing up there, waiting for the player to come out of a doorway in a direction that roughly faces that building before implying that she jumped to her death. That's a pretty spooky idea, especially if this were a map whose supposed backstory involved the creator committing suicide by jumping from a tall building.

I'm in that little hideout in the vents there's some sort of secret that you need to do random drawings appear in you have to do something

This is honestly the best kind of horror where stuff just happens with no rime or reason, where stuff just exists like the stone guy he just moved around but that’s it, he didn’t follow you he just moved, and the random npc dying is something I wanna see more often just random things like that creep me out and it’s amazing and the chair was also a great example it was just there, no jump scare no context it just appeared and then disappeared without a trace, we need a lot more maps like this that do these kinds of scares they are amazing.
