Ah that was horrific. You're terribly slow as if you were being paid by the second. BUT you did it man. Millions of people are prepping and planning for months or even years to get their first client while you just dive in with the little experience you have. You're very brave. Well done mate.

My man’s here using half the content from Max Perzon.

However gotta respect the hustle for a last minute presentation you still got the sale over the line.

Sometimes it doesn’t need to be pretty it just needs to get the job done.

Hey man, I have to admit this is very hard to watch, and I can tell you're inexperienced. Sceptical on how you closed this deal, but I would be happy to see actual results, and examples of marketing you've set up.

The PowerPoint and your presentation/body language would get me a shit grade in High School, lol.
You did not elaborate on any of your PowerPoint topics or bullet points, it was a complete waste of time. You could have read everything (a bit more elaborated) without sharing an inch of your screen.

It's fine to be a bit casual with your clients, but refrain from calling them "man" or getting too comfortable like that. You also seem to drag on your phrases and leave an awkward silence, even the client's responses gave me goosebumps, wearing a hat (to me) indicates you did not prepare yourself before this interview. From experience, I refrain from asking how good my interview/presentation was, as I have learned client response confidence, only ask once or twice if they have any questions, and always ask if they are happy to proceed with your service.

Furthermore, you need to provide your clients with examples of results or projections, even if you've got no results or feel unconfident with your projections, it's always better to reassure your client that you are making it happen. (Didn't even provide an actual ROI, just a stock image)

The words "automatically billed" are extremely worrisome, you should always know the price you're offering, based on consistency. (And perhaps learn less triggering and more empathetic/confident words)

ALWAYS close the deal in the calls you take, sort out the contract with them, help them every step of the way. This will obviously seal the deal, and ultimately ensure a guarantee and no fear of risk from the client, they are bonded to your work.

At the end of the day, this client is settled for your price due to previous costs of running ads and not because he's exactly sold by your service. However, I'm not exactly sure how the client did not ask about cost of ads.

Good close I do have to say. Only thing is if this client does 5 Million a year why only charge 4k per month? Not 6 to 7 thousand. What you offered him solves his very problem.

Surprised you got him considering your opening was horrible. There are different types of customers, and I don’t think you picked which one he was correctly. He must have already been in need of this product beforehand because most people would become incredibly disinterested and hang up after that opener 😂. When he responded about the weather you brushed it off by saying ok cool man. Like wtf?

Hey mate - great video! with more calls you'll get even better. Great offer. Great service. I've got a few pointers to refine it even more. This guy gave you heaps of great info without you asking for it and I believe you brushed over it (mainly cause you were stuck in pitch mode a little!). Things that can help you if you ever get stuck in the negotiation of the price. Here is the info he gave to you:

His current CPL (HEAPS bigger than yours, hone in on that, rather than your price. EG: We're getting you 30 appointments, that would cost you $900 with your current CPL. With our service in place, we see a 10-15 CPL so it would be half that.

Also: His current spend on hipages - you can say, allocate to us and see the difference - stop pissing money up the wall kinda thing.

HIS AOV. This is a massive massive one. It's soooo clear that the ROI is there when he says that its 4-5k per client. If he closes 10% of his calls, he's making 15K, 4k out of that is nothing. Makes your offer even more of a no brainer. Also, gives you leverage to raise prices later.

Just a few things but really happy for you and glad you're seeing success!

I get the clickbait but the title is slightly misleading since it is actually a $4K client for only 3 months + add spend if you make him pay a +15% fee on it. The sales process was already mostly done since he was already sold on the product. Would be nice to see a full start to finish client call from prospecting to close. Overall good job!
