Sublime!
Show musical!
I don't listen much to classical music (although I realize I should when I hear this), but this, THIS is exactly what I like. It makes me feel so calm and aware at the same time...
Ideal y perfecto ❤❤❤
Solo belleza y armonía. ¡BRAVO!
Only critique is that the preview image isn’t the same of this video, the scenes of riding horses in the British countryside is necessary with thus loveliness!
Thank you kindly for compiling and sharing
yo this guy slaps he went off fr
That intro is almost exactly the same as an intro for one of Mozarts piano concertos.(I forget which one, but I am guessing #14?) Field must've loved Mozart because a lot of sections in his concertos sound like Mozart's work.
Does anyone know where to get the scores for these pieces? These are so good! I'd like to study them more.
So absolutely good!!! Thank you!!
Nice
I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this recording.
I just discovered Field and my first reaction was: "omg it's Chopin!". Then I went to inquire about the chronology between the two composers, and finally, my reaction becomes, "omg, Chopin was inspired a lot by Field!". I'm sad to only discover Field now.
Lately I have known about this compuser. No words to discribe his talet.
This sound is so calming. Whoever read this comment I wish you peace of mind, health and relaxation.
Lovely work, and I'm happy to learn about him here. It's too bad that he burned himself out though. Like Mozart (and some modern musicians) he would have done better with a good manager who controlled his finances and kept him on track. I like the Wikipedia mention of his deathbed pun too.
Beautiful music, beautifully played and recorded. Thank you!
Beautiful. Never bothered to listen to his compositions before this. This is amazing. Wonder how many such unheard composers have written such beautiful music. Thank for uploading this.
There's a grand charm in Field that is always positive even in the minor mode. Wonderful playing too. Great!
This piano performance‘s splendor of words can not arrive.
This comfort is irreplaceable , and outclassing

Danke, Gracias, Merci, Thanks , Grazie, благодарю вас!
I am a musician, piano-first instrument. I thought I knew a lot about J. Fields. Obviously I did not! These concerti are refreshingly brilliant! Now I'm relentlessly curious and will hopefully find out more about this mysterious, exceptionally intuitive composer.
No conocí está música es bella.
ОтветитьBRAVO!!!
John Field is a genious should be in top listings Gorgeous piano a la Chopin
Ответитьtudo muito belo
Stupendo e sottovalutato
Exquisitely composed and brilliantly performed! Thank you for uploading this collection.
Four of the best hours on the internet. Pure piano bliss, whether you're just relaxing or need to do some heavy thinking
Fantastic
I can['t see why the movements of concerto no.2 are listed as IV, V, VI as though no.2 was a continuation of concerto 1.
Many thanks though for the posting bringing all these masterpieces together. What a treasure trove! Restani is wonderful. Why isn't he (or John Field for that matter) better known?
John Fields was a student of Muzio Clementi's and demonstrated his pianos for interested customers.
If all the good composers were known as it should be, the theater concerts would change radically in their programs. For sure!!
I heard once heard a humorous question about the stylistic influence of Field upon Chopin's music:
What Field 'Chopinesque' or was Chopin 'Fieldish'?
awsome! obrigadissimo mesmo!
JOHN FIELD IS SUCH AGREAT CMPOSER BUT RESTANI IS A GREAT PIANIST, UNIQUE
Omg, thanks❤️♥️♥️❤️
