There def a lot of new players trying cs without prime n when they got into a match n got fucking wrecked, that's def gonna leave a bad taste in their mouths. of course, u may say that gid gud or smth but men getting wreked by legit players n getting wreked by cheaters r completely different things. I speak this as a CS player perspective n as someone who plays this game a lot, I hate this kind of behaviour. Yeah, it may seem funny to you n others who don't play nor care bout the game but not to others who play n love this game. Insane that the cheating community in CS2 is that big. That just shows that people have no integrity, no respect for other people and just ruin other people's fun for their own egocentric interest. It's morbidly stupid seeing how, for example, Faceit just 'invades' your game files that essentially prevents you from blatantly cheating on their official servers without being banned quickly. You don't need an advanced AI-backed anti-cheat system in order to ensure that the game runs smoothly without many incidents of cheaters, you just need an anti-cheat that thoroughly scans through the game file's, recognizes and detecs any abnormal files. The fact that Valve has yet to done this, despite the fact that virtually everyone playing competitive CS2 wouldn't be opposed to it, is beyond me. Valorant does this technique and, surprise, surprise, there's nearly no sight of any blatant cheaters. If there are, they are banned fairly quickly. And that's not to mention that Valorant has a higher player base than CS2 does.

I think the cheat didnt quite work on deathmatch, because it only locks on enemy players, and Ts technicall werent enemies, eventhough they can kill you in FFA. But in normal games it should work 100% of the time

the fact that valve has not done anything about this is not that surprising they would rather put out these meaningless hot fixes instead of doing something about the cheating/smurfing problem
