Update: iTunes and app store is now media and purchases, then click sign out

EDIT: Found the problem. Storage was full. Press volume up then volume down buttons then hold power button until apple logo appears. Then release. Deleted some apps after and all good.


Have this issue on a phone I'm trying to fix. Getting the same error but it keeps popping up and wont let me do anything. I tried restarting but I got to the "slide to power off" screen and the same error keeps popping up and wont go away.

The one thing MOST annoying about this iOS error is that you are FORCED to press “OK” in order to dismiss the message (no option to press “x” in one corner). These types of errors are NOT OK, they are never OK. This type of error box could, understandably, trigger “shoot-the-messenger” mode in some people, to the extent of smashing their iPhone against a brick wall, rather than responding “OK” to a message that is ANYTHING BUT “OK”! Please fix this Apple!!!!!

changing date and time (disables the automatic time) and then immediately restart, and then change cellular to wifi and then use wifi to download shortcut app worked for me (iPhone 13 mini)
