Loved it, I surprisingly do a lot of similar stuff each day
Who knew
One thing that is overlooked- Nick is a former soldier- an Army Ranger- their training literally that rigourous...Its his mentality.. They are literally trained to endure for those long periods under less than ideal conditions...So, him going to these extremes is not that far fetched to me...please actually know something about the man's background and training, before speculating without any actual facts.....please...A lot of those special ops guys engage in extreme sports on a regular basis..go read please...Oh, yeah, Im a 22 year Army veteran, as Nick is an Army veteran...
ОтветитьAnother TRT user
ОтветитьTnx
ОтветитьI love your discipline but i think it is a lonely life..
ОтветитьGreat video. Started my training here in Austin for the Ironman in April 2024up in Galveston
ОтветитьInspiring. Always enjoy your content. You must have such a supportive family that allows you to get all of this done.
Ответить🎈
ОтветитьStep one. Throw away the ryobi tools and buy Milwaukee
Ответить14g of sodium just on the 15-mile run run? That boy is sweatinnnn!
ОтветитьWhat watch do you use?
ОтветитьMy two goals in life, runa marathon(I'm close to that one) and compete in a triathlon.
Ответитьthis some rich people sht lmao. normal people gotta work and have no time for this dope workout.
ОтветитьTell your buddies you are running with to relax their body 🤣
ОтветитьYou fucked up that door. I appreciate a "get it done" attitude, but what's the harm in waiting an hour for the battery to charge to do it right?
ОтветитьGreat video, a real cum cruiser!
Ответитьyou sound like chris from family guy
ОтветитьCan I get the espresso machine brand showed at 6.14 please?
ОтветитьNever by Ryobi , but use it if it was given to you for free
ОтветитьHow do you know the difference between lazyness and needing rest ???
ОтветитьFellow triathlete here! How do you maintain all that muscle? Really impressive
Ответитьwhy so strong with a lot of cardio!!
ОтветитьImagine trying to carry all that bulk around.
I put on to much muscle when accomplishing the muscle up. Now I'm finding it more difficult to loose muscle than it is to loose fat.
Hey ya all Jesus loves you! Hope that news
Makes your day better! Have a good one!
Absolute inspiration!
As a professional carpenter, the circular saw scene gave me anxiety 🤣🤣🤣
Mfer is juiced to the gills
ОтветитьFirst time watching you and it inspired me to get my strength training in and just deal with the soreness. Did a brick workout yesterday for the first time Bike/Run and paying for it at work today. I’m good after watching you. Will doing it again Sunday… 💪🏾
Ответитьwhat watch is he using?
ОтветитьYour videos need to be edited bro. The first 6 minutes you've given me nothing. You working on a door. You making coffee. Clip the fat of the meat of your message. Im not here for aesthetics im here for triathalon tips
Ответитьok he works in a gym, thats why he can switch between meetings and runs so easily 😂
ОтветитьGood stuff man ile be working harder at everything in my life because of this video
Ответитьwaht about work or studies? how do u dedciatento this please tell me
Ответитьnão importa o que aconteça, triatleta não faz virada olímpica kkkkk
ОтветитьYou literally were running in my neighborhood! that's so funny
ОтветитьThat was crispy 💯
ОтветитьO que é essa fita que ele usa abaixo do peito?
ОтветитьDon't you think you are too bulky too do ironman
ОтветитьI absolutely loved this!!! Thank you Nick for sharing this with us. I do have 1 question I would like to ask and it’s about the swimming. I’m really starting to love swimming more, but I have a problem with my legs sinking. How can I keep them up near the surface of the water? Any little bit of advice is very much appreciated.❤️👍
ОтветитьPlease do a video on the Diet you followed to keep pushing yourself all the way through such meticulous n well planned daily routine Brother 😎😍😇🤝
ОтветитьIncredible discipline dude!
ОтветитьI usually run 3 miles for my cardio training, never more than that. Yet today I decided to run for an hour straight and see how many miles I can get and I ended up running 6.5 miles. I felt like my body was about to collapse, yet here you are calling 5 miles "easy." Seeing you gets me motivated because I know for a fact that if I keep training like this, eventually I'll be able to reach your level. The thought that one day I'll also be able to see 5 miles as a piece of cake gets me pumped up! I hope I'll reach that day soon.
Ответитьhow tf did he do 38 miles on a bike Jesus
ОтветитьTHIS IS INSANE WHAT
Ответитьokay but shoutout to the cameraman dang.
Ответитьi can't even run 5 miles without crying
ОтветитьWhere do you put your keys while you swim and not get them stolen?
ОтветитьThe only thing that would prevent me from training for a triathalon is the water. I have a problem with swimming in open water where i can't see what's beneath me lol
Ответитьagree with others. What a great video seeing a week of Army discipline turned into life practice epicness! You rock dude. Great video. I saw the 30 min when starting and though...no way. Yet made it to the end. Each minute engaging and intriguing.
ОтветитьWhich watch is that? Garmin?
Btw: very motivational. Made me want to run and ride more 💪🏼
