Dr BERG HOPEFULLY YOU CAN READ THIS I STARTED GETTING EAR POPPING A YEAR AGO COUPLE MONTHS AFTER COVID NOT SURE IF THAT WAS THE CAUSE. But started on my right ear then 5 months later on Both. When I swallow each time drink eat or so on.

My mom used to heat up a little olive oil with a piece of garlic in a teaspoon using a match stick ..let it cool to when she can touch the spoon then drop a few drops in the ear while am lying down and to remain in that position for a few minutes

These are all great for at least soothing and loosening stuff in the ears...and there are other drops too. The idea is slightly warming the liquid prior to dropping it in. Water..I never allow into my ears! I clean them with Witch Hazel and if dry I use with coconut oil. Inside, I have used garlic and Mullein oil.

My ears have "moisture" in them constantly...it drives me crazy!

Thanks for this I am born with very narrow ear Canal. So i get tinnitus and hearing loss often. Commercial drops cause irritation inside my ears. I usually use just organic olive oil. It helps soften the wax but not ejection. I will cut out the little organic milk I consume

I like to pronounce tinnitus with accent on first syllable (tin-uh-tis) instead of the second (tuh-nigh-tis) and it’s because tinnitus isn’t an “itis,” (inflammation or hypertrophy) and pronouncing it as Dr. Berg does makes it seem so. Not saying the way he says it is incorrect though.
