I am getting same fps at lowest 1440p and ultra 1440p that is in streets 50 - 60 and rest 70-80.
At lower settings my gpu , cpu usage decrease

Turning off ram cleaner serves literally 0 purpose at improving fps, why did you put it in, to mislead people?

I play with max settings (1080p) and still stable 60+ fps.

how in the world are you even able to load into streets? it just says "server connection lost" for me
