I take it it's the same 2,9 v6 on the Panamera 4s and the rs5; a decent engine but It just feels out of place in this car 😕

Saying ICE engine feels kinda weird when you realize that ICE means Internal Combustion Engine, but I guess it can't be helped.
The car looks great, though. Bentley is the top with luxury interior design, imho and the front grille gives it a majestic frontal look.

I actually liked the roar of the car engine that's what attracted cause I liked a car which can change depending on my mood when I want to relax or when i have the energy and excitement me the most but at least they kept some aesthetics such as design when most cars get electrified I'm gonna miss the roar that used to turn heads the boldness and how it makes quite a statement

Come on... an electric ptopuldion system is more simple than a combustion version. Electro motors exist far more than 100 years. Dont fool us. The price should be remarkable under the old exhausting models.

These big exotic car manufacturers are ruining our love for these classic gnarly sounding monsters. I miss the engine noise the fine tuned exhaust note and the drama of a down shift. Sad days ahead for us all. Get your dream V8’s V12’s or V6 turbo or supercharged. I had to break down and buy my dream cars now instead of waiting for fear they’d be no more.

They will use the Porsche electric powertrain to make this car (or new model) electric....that is a no brainer

I wonder if this lack of character, or "One dimension-ness" of EV Motors is just because what we are seeing is just the first gen of the EV Car 🧐 Think of the first ICE Cars in history! I can guarantee they weren't as good as a modern Ferrari V12 for example 🧐 I only hope these improve in the future!

why Bentley no re charge while driving like the Panamera?

Rory tried so hard to sell this car but nah. Its a lot more expensive than a V8, it's heavier and handles worse. The only justification is fuel savings. However, like I've always said EVs are a disaster waiting to happen.

Nah, for me it's the W12. I meant what more could you get? A w16 from literal hypercars? I love how huge and heavy it is , but has a topspeed of around 211, which means it's neck and neck with a superfast 812, or sf90, and leaves behind the porches and McLarens

I understand the tech; but, not at this price range? Seems like gas prices isn't an issue if you can afford a Bentley. You are not going to put 12,000 miles per year on this car like a hybrid sedan from Honda or Toyota. I agree with either 100% EV or 100% V-8 or V-12 I.C.E. at this price range instead of a hybrid.

It's all about the refinement.

It's all box ticking. Hybrid technology future proofs manufacturers ability to continue to produce these cars in the years to come.

If I could afford it. Id pass. W12 for now. And when petrol is no longer an option. Then we should start at 900hp…

I've always preferred Bentley to Rolls. Bentleys seem more fun and sporty than your average Rolls, not that I've EVER be able to afford either LOL.

The V6 Hybrid drive train is clearly lifted from the Panamera product line and explains this early entrant from Bentley to come on the market. The price is a disincentive perhaps so look forward to see what comes next. For now I will stick with my immensely capable W12... tks
