I'd resolved to learn to make dance music this year, and spent the first half of the year just learning stuff, but getting cold feet when it came to just grinding out a full song. So today I decided to just follow this video - I downloaded the project file and referred to it when I couldn't follow a detail in the video, but built my own ALS up from total scratch. Took me seven hours to watch one 48-minute video, hah! Decided to be a little creative by replacing the vocals with a string arrangement (native stradivari violin & cello) and, well, not really sure it totally works, but it was fun nonetheless!

I might missed it, but how did you create that sidechain track, white, sendonly, ticks in there ? :D

You forgot to give us a glimpse into how you "mastered" the track, I see you threw in a utility, saturator, glue compressor and a limiter on the master channel. Also, why aren't using LFO tool, it's a standard for any edm producer, I noticed, there are while soloing bass group clicks on the first, second, and that wiggle bass... :)
