Typical enemy player i know, they think can bully teemo cuz usually teemo using full ap build, bro I solo killing aatrox and kayn with this small tank, and still survive

Another comment for the algorithm, but would Rylai’s crystal scepter would be useful on this build. You get the slow on enemies and you get extra tankiness. Especially if you’re considering dropping Rabadons
