I don't understand why you need to go to the club. I've been to the club once or twice in twenty years. It's boring. It all seems to be set up for the popular guy. If you want your wife to go talk to the popular guy and have sex with him, that's all you. I never needed that to fit in. But apparently you do. That's a deal breaker for me. There are a few circumstances when I won’t accept a drink. If I get a weird, angry vibe from the guy and don’t have enough friends around to defend me, I won’t let him buy me a drink. Also, I won’t let guys buy me drinks in certain countries. A police officer in Italy explicitly warned me not to let a guy buy me a drink there. Apparently, Italian guys might get a bit more pushy than Americans sometimes.
