ОтветитьDon't eat tons of refined sugar or highly processed foods, alcohol and sugar will age you like excessive sun exposure. Drink plenty of water and use an electrolyte supplement ( I like 40,000 volts about 10-30 drops per 32 ounces) use Collagen peptide powder, glycine (I take 10 -15 g split throughout the day) hyaluronic acid supplement 300 mg divided throughout the day, vitamin C in camu camu powder form, natural vitamin A supplement from fish liver. It's good to do the things in the video to support the external appearance of skin, however true skin health comes from within. If I had to pick just one supplement, it would be the hyaluronic acid one,it has been proven to actually REVERSE both superficial AND deep set wrinkles in people. Drinking water will help the HA do its magic. I'm 51, post menopause and people think I'm in my 30's. Trust me all of these tips are definitely helpful in that.

Sorry, but unless you're a dermatologist, you need to sit down somewhere. I realize it seems rude, but you've never been obese and you're just not at an age where I (and many others) can take you seriously.

ОтветитьI am watching this a year after it was posted and good lord the number of women whinging about how she is too young to know what it’s really like and the number of comments that started with “wait till you’re…… age”
So for what it’s worth here are my thoughts on some things to be taken into consideration.
1. When ever regardless of the situation has there been a one size fits all solution?
2. Does a Doctor need to have diabetes, high blood pressure, (cancer or you name it to) to treat and advise the patient?
3. Yes of course the younger you start looking after yourself from the inside and the out the better you will look and more importantly, feel. She did start the video talking about self esteem after all.
4. Of course your genetics, the way you treated your skin in your younger years and medical conditions are going to add to the adverse conditions of your skin BUT It’s never too late to start doing Something is always more beneficial than doing Nothing and to that note there is no fountain of youth or a miracle cure.
I am 56 and over a long period of time, due to medical conditions meaning I can’t do much exercise of any kind, I have lost 30kg so yes I have sagging and loose skin on my face and body but I believe loosing the weight slowly has helped make it not quite as bad as I have seen on other’s but who knows?
So only a few months ago I started adding skincare to my face and body, and I am still not at the stage where I am doing these things religiously but I’m sticking to my philosophy of something is better than nothing and thanks to photos I can see that I am already seeing some minor improvement. One of the things I believe has helped with my face wrinkles is training myself to sleep on my back. And adding supplements and increasing my water intake.
Will this new regime return the skin I had in my youth? Of course not and neither do I expect it to!! But if doing these things helps to slow down the rate at which my skin was deteriorating then I am going to stick at it!
And I am grateful to anyone who has taken the time to produce content that shares their knowledge and their tips. If what they suggest doesn’t sound like a good fit for me then instead of bagging the person I just scroll on by.
