ALL MOVES ABOVE 30 should be sold. A break this week coming below the 50 day MA of 29 or so. Will cause a movevdown to 26. A break below that would indicate a move down to 24. From July to nov is a weak time for silver price.

As of Friday prices for Silver have come down, one day they are up, the next day they are down which tells me the banks are still shorting on the comex exchanges and will continue to do so as they are under water with their loans and balance sheets to the tune of 525 billion and are desperate for cash at this point in time, which tells me that it won't be long now before two events happen, a run on the banks and a large number of banks all closing at the same time. Then you will see Silver and Gold start to move upward.

I thought for a moment silvers spot had slowed down enough so folks could breate easy again but aparantly NO is the answer that again eh. The actual price to buy silver didn't actual go up today....it never fell from last month

Even if silver and gold go up they'll just have a navy seal team come to the homes of collectors and grab up the good metal and what are you going to do against them? Absolutely Nothing. If you tell them you lost it in a boat then they'll take you under the water until you find it.
