How to set user enviroment variable

I would like to ask for permission. I use WRF model I tried to set env and it's can't . How do I solve this problem?

Good video, very clear description.
I currently struggle a little bit to understand the differences between the command "set" on one hand and the command "env" or "printenv" on the other hand.
Which variables are shown by both set and printenv? Which variables not? In which case, is one of the commands set or env used to set unset or manipulate a variable or it's scope? I try to figure out.

man, for tutorial session, INCREASE FONTS... there is no reason for us to see empty space of your console.
